# Design Philosophy

In the book of Esther, Mordecai set a good example for us by bravely admitting that he was a Jew, a child of God.

‘All the royal officials at the king’s gate knelt down and paid honor to Haman, for the king had commanded this concerning him. But Mordecai would not kneel down or pay him honor.’ -Esther 3:2

This is an important reminder for us to consider whether we always prioritize the values of the kingdom of God in everything we do.
Have there been instances where we’ve attempted to obscure our Christian identity in certain circumstances?

Behind “Hello World!” lies a design symbolizing the concept of the narrow gate.
The vibrant red color serves as the brand’s identifiable hue, symbolizing the precious blood of Christ.

When looking at the design holistically, it subtly reflects the outline of a cross, adding depth to its meaning.

As we boldly proclaim our noble identity as Christians to the world,
we not only remind ourselves but also declare our steadfast determination to pass through the narrow gate.

Waking on the path of the cross demands unwavering determination, sacrifice, and action.
As children of God, it embodies a crucial mindset that shapes our daily choices.

‘For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it.
But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.’ -Matthew 7:13-14

When we courageously present ourselves as God’s children, we may encounter worldly challenges.
However, when we bravely stand for God, He will undoubtedly fight for us!

Have you noticed that both “You are the salt of the earth” and “Enter through the narrow gate” are mentioned in verses 13-14 in Matthew chapters 5 and 7 ?

The key to standing firm when facing worldly challenges is to put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.
-Ephesians 6:11-13

The typography design on the back features the phrase ‘armor of God’ in French, ‘Armé de Dieu’.
‘Dieu’ means ‘God’ in French.
Within the word ‘Dieu’ lies an important detail, echoing the design elements of the Python code on the front.

# A ‘directory’ typically refers to a folder or a container that holds files and other directories.

We intentionally chose a light color to highlight the line of code, implying that this subtle design requires keen observation to notice.
Just as choosing to walk in God’s path is a deliberate decision that demands attentive discernment.

This code design serves to remind us to align our lives with God, ensuring that our tasks are in harmony with His will.
If we detect any deviation from this path, let’s take action to ‘change the current working directory’ to His. Choose life.
