- Unboxing Protocol: When unpacking your order, please record a video. In case of any discrepancies or missing items, remain calm and provide photo or video evidence within 2 days of receiving the product. Contact our customer service, and our team will assist you promptly.
Returns & Refunds
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Return Conditions: Returned items must be in brand-new condition, with intact packaging and tags. Please contact our official website within 7 days of receiving the parcel to initiate the return process.
Return Guidelines: Please return the item in its original packaging, including the intact outer box, product, wrapping paper, catalog, tags, and any accompanying gifts. If the original outer box is missing, use an additional cardboard box to cover the original packaging. Do not affix labels or write directly on the original packaging. We do not accept returns if any items inside the original box are damaged or missing.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, white clothing, intimate wear, accessories, hats, and socks are non-returnable once unsealed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Notes
- Slight color variation may occur due to personal perception, indoor/outdoor lighting, and differences in display settings of devices such as computers, phones, and tablets. Screen colors are represented in RGB, while actual prints are in CMYK, with an error margin of 10%~20% considered normal.
- Product dimensions are manually measured, and a deviation range of 0-2cm is considered normal and does not constitute a defect.
- White clothing, intimate wear, accessories, hats, and socks are considered personal hygiene items and are non-returnable once unsealed.
- For non-silver jewelry items, such as rose gold and gold stainless steel, the appearance of small holes is a normal phenomenon and not indicative of color fading.
- Stainless steel jewelry is durable, but regular maintenance is essential to preserve its appearance and quality. Follow the tips below to care for your stainless steel jewelry and keep it shining.
- Keep away from water and moisture: Avoid exposing jewelry to water or humid environments to prevent rusting.
- Storage: Store jewelry in a dry, cool place, preferably in a dedicated jewelry box, away from direct sunlight.
- Maintenance of 925 sterling silver jewelry: Silver jewelry is susceptible to oxidation due to sulfur compounds in the air. It is recommended to store jewelry in a sealed bag when not wearing it to minimize air exposure and regularly polish it to maintain its luster.
- Avoid contact with chemicals: Avoid direct contact between jewelry and perfumes, cosmetics, or detergents to prevent corrosion and discoloration.
- Avoid water contact: It is recommended to refrain from wearing jewelry during bathing, swimming, showering, or engaging in water activities to minimize exposure to moisture and chemicals, preventing oxidation.
